Cholmondeley Children’s Home has a tremendous number of supporters, too many to name. Without the generosity of these people and organisations we would not be able to provide the current level of care and support to Canterbury families and children in need. CBS CANTERBURY HAS HEART OF GOLD

CBS Canterbury has a Term Deposit account with a charity bonus feature and the Cholmondeley Children’s Home is one of the five, very carefully selected charity organisations to benefit.

Called “Heart of Gold”, this account demonstrates CBS Canterbury’s commitment to the region as a financial services provider AND to the support and enrichment of the community.

The feature of the Heart of Gold account is to allow the banking client to choose which one of five charities CBS Canterbury will sponsor. That  sponsorship, therefore, is not deducted from the client’s investment but rather CBS Canterbury will sponsor  an amount proportional to the client’s deposit. This amount will continue to support the charity on an annual basis while the funds remain in the account.

Cholmondeley is particularly grateful to be included as it represents and on-going funding source and we are also very proud to be counted amongst five very worthy Canterbury causes … Canterbury Charity Hospital, Nurse Maude Hospice, Presbyterian Support Family Works and Ronald McDonald House.

Honey for Kids

Airborne Honey has supported Cholmondeley Children's Home for a number of years and is producing special honey product to help raise money and awareness of Cholmondeley Children's Home nationally – Airborne Honey for Kids. Every bottle sold will contribute 10c to Cholmondeley Children's Home. Airborne Honey is also donating all the honey the home needs during the year.
